My car was involved in accident for on the 20 June 2013 outsurance towed it to they yard and was assessed by one of their assessors which qouted my car incorrectly. My car was shipped to the panel beater and they had a look at it and found that the car was not assesed infront and therefre thet could not order the parts for my car. a week later they were advice to repair the car taking into account that parts need to be ordered from France. then the panelbeaters also discovered that the exhaust was also not assesed and I have to wait another month for my car . the insurance does not want to extend my car hire as this was not my fault for the delay. if my car was assessed correclty in the first place the car was going to be ready in a month time.
pls note: All the damages to my car is not even on the qoute which was sent to me.

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND OUTSURANCE TO ANYONE AFTER THE BAD EXPERIENCE I HAD WITH THEM WORSE SERVICE EVER!
