I submitted my claim on the 02/09/2013, my phone fell and the screen broke, to date my phone has not been collected for repairs as they cannot get a price on my phone and do not know if they can replace it or repair it... i run a business and do not want to purchase a new phone and then my phone is repaired, what do i then do with the additional phone??? with all other insurers normally on submission of a claim you are told of all the documents that are required however with Kingprice they have delaying tactics... they first told me they do not have stock in country and they will have to pay me for the phone, the insured value of the phone is R7700.00 then advised they will pay me what i paid for the phone which is R6500.00 which i have no problem with as insurance is to put you back in the same financial situation, from then i have a constant request for new submission of documents which can only mean they are looking for ways to reject my claim, if my claim is not settled by COB tomorrow, please cancel my insurance with immediate effect as i can only imagine what would happen if i had a claim for any of my vehicles or household claims if any? i need peace of mind which i do not have
