Disgusted and Outsurance and Panelbeaters

My motor vehicle is insured with Outsurance. I was involved in an accident on 8 July 2013. Outsurance took a week to complete the assessment on my car, I was told that my car would be sent to a panelbeater close to my area of work or residence which is in the North of Jo'burg, however my car was sent to Alberante Panelbeaters in Alberton. I accepted this and did not complain. Only to find out that the parts were on back order and that my car would only be ready on 22 August 2013. My 30 courtesy car hire then expired. I requested Outsurance to extend it - only for a week at their expense because I felt that they took too long to do the assessment. The manager, Anneri Erasmus rejected my request. I laid a complaint on Outsurance's website. Nobody has contacted me to date to discuss. It is now the 22nd, my vehicle is not ready, nobody from either Outsurance or the panelbeaters contacted me to inform me that there was actually more damage then assessed, that Outsurance had to approve the additional parts etc and that the vehicle will not be ready for AT LEAST ANOTHER WEEK! I found this out after calling Alberante myself as I was stressing and had heard nothing about my vehicle. UNHAPPY
