Outsurance doesn't bend over backwards for clients

The major reason I chose Outsurance is because I thought they had superior service compared to the other insurance companies, but I was recently very disappointed. I was involved in an accident where my bumper was damaged. Outsurance gave me a courtesy car which was valid for 30 days. The panel-beaters could unfortunately not fix my car within the 30 day period due to delays from the suppliers in getting parts. I called Outsurance pleading with them to please allow me an extension on the courtesy car as a result of the delays but they were only willing to give me a 2 day extension. For a company that prides itself in bending over backwards to ensure a clients needs are met - I didn't experience this at all! I would expect that for a client who has been paying their premiums, Outsurance would be willing to go the extra mile when they are needed most. The reason for having insurance is to ensure that one can have peace of mind and carry on with their normal course of life when accidents happen. Sadly Outsurance is not willing to go the extra mile to ensure this! I will now be left without a car and am not even sure when the parts will arrive and Outsurance doesn't even care to help!
