Parts took too long to be authorised

I'm very frustrated with outsurance. I was involved in an accident on the 14th March and it was not my fault.
The other driver behind me had a tyre burst and lost control immediately as she was trying to break. I have been checking with the panel beaters who are also frustrating me. I want my car back, its now 6 weeks I have been waiting with too many excuses. I had to stress and keep on calling for the car hire period to be extended. I spoke to two people who did not come back to me, but thanks to a lady called Lolo who made sure that car hire was extended. I have to take the car back on Friday 26th and the panel beaters are not promising that my car will be ready. Outsurance is one of the most expensive insurance companies but the frustration they brought me is more. I also did not get any feedback on the excess as the party who caused an accident with
tyres that were finished reported the accident to her insurance which is Indwe Risk.
