I live in Nelspruit and the first incident happened on the 26th August when I received an an sms notify me about a transaction which took place in Santon BP Garage a R5000 withdrawal and I was from work in Nelspruit. Got a new credit card in 8 days from Nelspruit branch on Wednesday 4 September at 2pm and the next day at 10:30 am on the 5th September 2013 there was other withdrawal from Santon of R5000 again but this card had a limit of 3000 .It was a new card, hardly 24 hours and not used, still in the envelope, This was now Thursday and i called again and a new card was ordered by like the first one. On Sunday the 9th September R2100 was withdrawn in Edenvalle Shell Garage in Johannesburg and the card had never even arrived at Nelspruit branch and I never even received it but now the bank want me to pay and they have not even tell me the outcome of the first incident, this has now interest. My question to the bank is how do I pay this credit card and what do I owe as the information is now with the Department who were supposed to come to me in 10 days from the first incident. I told them I do not want another card as I now do not trust the security of Bank.
