I have previously wrote an artical stating that the nedbank card division could not account for my payments.they accused me of not paying for two years.now i am confused.after investigation by charmaine rajoo i was informed that the paymments were correctly allocated.firstly if the money was correctly allocated then why was i told that i did not pay for two years and then listed on the credit bureau.secondly why was the principal amount not decreased and why did the bank take money off my account to the value that added up to more than what i was innitially owed.i was forced to close my account whicch i had for more than 20 years because i strongly feel that either the bank is dishonest with their ways or the staff prefer to cheat the clients to look good in the eyes of their bosses.
