We first complained on hellopeter when Standard Bank kept passing the buck on our home loan complaint 26 June, we then got a home loan approved 3 July thanks to Sicelo Khoza, last week we went to sign at the attorneys only to find out that the bank didnt give us the prime rate 8, 6% but instead are charging us 9, 6%.
We've been good clients of Standard Bank (see our previous home loan) and our credit record is 100%. Why not give us prime rate?
We bank with Standard Bank and another bank and we have D/O signed on this home loan, are we not valued customers, how is this "Moving forward"?
