ARREARS NEVER ENDING

I HAVE AN ACCOUNT WITH AFRICAN BANK AND I HAVE BEEN IN ARREARS FOR 5 - 8 MONTHS, ON THE 31ST OF AUGUST 2013 SETTLED ALL THE ARREARS TO PUT MY ACCOUNT UPTO DATE. ON THE 4 SEPETERMBER I MADE A REQUEST THAT THEY SHOULD UPDATE MY ACCOUNT WITH THE CREDIT BEREAUS THAT IM NO LONGER IN ARREARS WITH THEM BUT ON THE 5 I GOT AN SSMS THAT IT WAS DECLINED BECAUSE I HAVE AN OUTSTANDING BALANCE WHICH I DO NOT UNDERSTAND I THEN CALLED THEN AND THEN ONE OF THEIR SUPERVIORS GAVE ME HIS CELL NUMBER TO FORWARD THE SMS SO THAT HE CAN INVESTIGATE BUT I HAVENT RECIEVED ANY RESPONSE AND HE IS ALWAYS BUSY WHEN I TRY TO CALL TO FOLLOW UP.TODAY I CALLED TO FOLLOW UP AGAIN AND HE SAID HE WILL CALL ME BUT HE HASNT AND TO MY SUPRISE I DISCOVERED THAT THE ACCOUNT IS STILL IN ARREARS WITH R58 AND I DONT UNDERSTAND HOW COME BECAUSE I SETTLED ALL MY ARREAS AND THEY ALSO CONFIRMED THAT IT IS UP TO DATE, IVE CALLED NUMEROUS TIMES TODAY AND THEY KEEP ON SAYING THEY WILL ASKED THEIR SUPERVISORS TO CALL ME AND THEY DONT, I JUST WANT TO UNDERSTAND WHERE ARE THE ARREARS COMING FORM AND I WOULD LIKE THEM TO UPDATE THAT IM NO LONGER IN ARREAS WITH THEM WITH CREDIT BEREAUS
