Iincorrect billing

I have 5 account with African bank which I am now unable to pay I have asked for rescheduling on these accounts reduce the repayments that I have to make. I received and sms that informed me that the repayment schedule was done. I called the call center to find out what the amounts have been changed to as I was not informed by anyone about this. My accounts were in arrears because I could not afford to make the payments so on the 20/08/2013 your bank decided to double debit my account and now I am right back to where I was last month not able to make payment on my other account which end up going in to farther arrears. I have asked the collections department to do a reversal on my account of the double debited amounts and have made arrangement for them to deduct some extra money so that I the account stays up-to-date and the arrears amount also gets paid
