Good Day,
on the 24th May 2013 a debit order of R350 ran from my account. I contacted FNB online today and I was told that its from African Bank, I was even given the user code-5404 and African Bank's numbers. I contact African bank and spoke to Innocent Mokoena who said nothing reflects on their systems and my debit order is still the 31st every month.
can someone explain to me how does a debit order run on a date that I did not even authorise? and the amount is more than the one they usually debit. if African Bank debits my account again on the 31st I will close the FNB account because i had the very same problem before. kindly reverse that debit order as I'm expecting all my debit orders to run on my pay date with the amount i signed for!!!
