FNB Disgusting service - Homeloans

On monday 26/08/2013 at 9:00 i sent in my home loan application to FNB. At about 11:00 I called them to confirm if they had received my application. They had received it. The lady informed me that they will contact me in 24 hours confirming my documentation and start the process. She further told me that they will come back to me with a indication if my loan would be successful. To date i have not hear anything from them. I have made calls on Tuesday, wednesday, thursday and friday and all they could tell me that the application is with credit, but that is only after you have given your life history. they have to confirm it is the right person before they divulge an information - "with the credit section" pathetic.
I have tried to contact the main man of the homeloans - Johan Geldenhys 0116490040. When I spoke to her she told me the number was 0116320044. when the call dropped i tried calling her back and that line was permanently engaged. I they called the switchboard and she gave me the correct number. His secretary phone is permanently on voice mail the whole day. So that was a wait of time. I am not should what role she players. The switch board operated assisted me the most.
