We did a online application for a home loan via the internet on 13/04/2013.We were sent an application form on 16/04/2013 and it was sent back the following day with all the relevant documents requested. We were asked for some more documentation eg. 2 years financial statements and letter of income from our bookkeeper. We sent that through on 22/04/2013.We were contacted and asked for an explanation for something on my credit report after wich I replied to on 07/05/2013 and on 17/05/2013 I requested feedback as we were now completely in the dark about the loan application. We already had a property that we wanted to buy but unfortunately due to the delayed loan application we lost it to someone else. We just want to know weather you (SA Homeloans) are going to help us or not so that we can move on and start planning for our future.
