I am trying to put through a retrenchment claim since January 2013. Documents gets lost. No feedback. Process not even registered with Regent until called them myself in June. In July claim was still not registered with Regent. This is ridiculous. Unacceptable. When you phone you speak to 20 different people, explaining to each of them, gets put through to someone else. No service what so ever. Supervisors never available. This needs to be sorted immediately.
