Not sure why African Bank has the cellphone banking option, because it seems everytime you try something is says - Additonal information needed, please visit a branch! You have ALL my information, why does it always have to be an issue with African Bank, technology is there to make things easier!
I applied on *130*49494# for an increase in my credit card limit, after receiving an sms stating that a limit increase offer is available, please dial *130*49494# but there is nothing. Can someone please assist and please rectify your systems so that the options you give actually work!
