I have a service plan for my vehicle with Toyota's Innovation Group.
Not only have they given me SHOCKING service and miscommunication but on my last service I had to pay upfront and claim back from them.
When i did so they short paid me as i checked with Toyota what the refund would be and it's been 4 months and they still REFUSE to give me a breakdown of what they paid for and why it does not compute with what Toyota Lynnwood said the service fee was.
You can NEVER get higher than the call centre and the call centre just ignores my requests.
They are giving Toyota a VERY BAD NAME and are my money for nothing!
