On Thursday 26 Sept I received an SMS informing me that i qualify for a limit increase on my Bluebean Credit card for up to R17000. When the consultant phoned me, and enquired about my Salary and Living Expenses, he informed me that i actually qualify for a limit increase for up to R29000. Much to my excitement i agreed to the limit increase. I purchased some personal items on a measure of goodwill the past weekend, knowing that i will be able to pay them today, given the limit increase on my Bluebean Credit Card. When i arrived at the ATM this morning, my limit has only been increased to R16400. When phoning Bluebean, no one was able to assist me as this is done by the sales / marketing department, and there is no way to contact them. They forwarded my details the the department and they will contact me withing 24 hours. This is not good enough for me, as I need an answer today, I dont think you realise the prediciment you put me in.
