MY PL account with Nedbank got debited twice this month - excuse was "no arrangement was made from your side". When I called the contact center, Victor Khanyi (A supervisor) promised to follow up with me.. but has done anything but that. He avoids my calls, runs to meetings, and gets agents to block clients speaking to him. Is that what customer service is all about? Avoiding speaking to a client? Nedbank - your customer service and business ways is killing me here.
