I have an arrangement in place with nedbank and this month they did 3 deductions on my bank account and i bank with nedbank.
On saturday i called to have the one deduction of R3200 reversed spoke to Zihle poyi and she said it will be refunded in 24-48 hours. I called again today and spoke to Nondumiso xunu and she said 3-7 days.
this was unacceptable and i asked for a team leader which was useless his name is Victor khanyi. I have no money in my account and my electricity is about to go out and i have to buy food for my family.
i dont understand if i bank with Nedbank why cat they refund the payment as they were not suppose to debit.
for this reason i will be changing my bank account to another bank as i cant bank with nedbank if they cant assist clients
i called your complains and spoke to Yvonne Dlamini she was so unhelpfull that i didnt even log the complaint.
i want this money in my account tomorrow morning.
