I have a problem to discuss with Capitec, so i send e mail to " [Email Removed] 3 times
I ask for assistance to help me to solve a problem. They did not contack me on my cell (i provided my no) or by e mail.
It is unaceptable for a Client service not to response to a problem.
So what is the meaning of Capitec client service? If there is none.
