My husband had a credit card account in 2011 that he settled in full. however nedbank had promised to clear the records from the ITC however it still has not been done and everytime he applies to open an account this comes up and nedbank dont sort it out on their side . we are told their is a judgement against us - but the amount was settled and an arrangement was made for payment. why do banks get away with shoddy service at the expense of their clients
