Changing of account without permission

E plan account changed to Access account - nothing but problems since and no help to get it sorted!
Spoken to branch manager at Gezina - Maryann Kriek - Salary can't go into the account because it keeps being rejected, can't make use of a debit card swipe facility, keeps being rejected, Have you been to buy groceries and tried to py and then been told the transaction is declined and there IS money in the account? can't draw from a ATM that does not specifically give access account as option for account - if press cheque it says insufficient funds, same with savings. Can't draw money at a saswich ATM because of this. couldn't even deposit cheque at ATM. Maryann said there was a problem with the deposits at the machine but they were fixing it, when salary is paid they must change the account to cheque? done and still rejected. Got the new card and still experiencing the same problems??? Been to the bank again still not sorted. Went to kollonade branch on Saturday Manager said they can clear the cheque when it is deposited - FUNDS STILL NOT AVAILABLE! He said the information on the account has to be deleted and put on again, cant wait more than 2hours to see a consultant?
