FNB flaudulent activity

I received a sms on Monday 25th indicating that my salary had been paid to my account. on when i checked my account balance during the corse of the day it reflected -R68 .i then confirmed with my employer that my Salary was transferred into my fnb account and they approved. i went to the Killarney branch on the 26th to follow up on what was happening, only to be told that the money does not reflect and i cant be told why. i was assisted by simpiwe msibi who then told me the systems were offline and they cannot look further into the matter of which i found to be very pathetic as i needed urgent help.i went to the fourways fnb branch 27th and spoke to Lindiwe Ngubeni regarding the matter. her manager lluwellyn was very rude and arrogant and Lindiwe told me the account was closed at my branch trade route mall and that is why my salary did not reflect in my account. i enquired on why this was done and she could not indicate to me how this had happened, i requested for manager from the onset but no1 tried to assist further. I NEED TO BE COMPENSATED AND DEMAND A CALL NOW! My account is messed up now and i owe the world because of FNB. I will take this further!!!
