I had contract with MTN that they introduced me to this 24 security and I took the insurance, 3 years back I lost a phone they replaced it and gave me the new one its been two years now they gave me that phone together with the sim card and that phone is lost now I submit the claim in and I was told that they cannot help me as the sim card they gave me with the phone was not register, so I asked that for the past two years they were deducting money for phone that was not insured, if so is it possible that I can get my whole premiums back they also refused so I asked that the contract be cancelled as I no longer going to require their service I was told its fine they will cancel it so this morning came to my surprise they R65.99 from my account so I ask myself now why are they debiting my account as they did not help me when I was in need for their help. This people are my money now, CAN Hello Peter please help me out from this madness, I want all my premiums back including one they debited this morning. I am so disappointed in this big company from an individual I also want to tell everyone on facebook about this
