This company insured me without my knowledge

This phone insurance company insured me without my knowledge. I bought a phone from MTN and took insurance but they outsourced that service to 24Hour Mobility without telling me and no one bothered to inform me. At the end of the month a company by the name of FinRite deducted money and at the time I didnt know who this company was or why they debited my money so I reversed the debit. Two weeks later I was searched of my phone and they are declining my claim cause I reversed the debit thinking that I was insured by MTN.
