My fone was lost. They replaced it with a device that uses the different network. I complained. It took them a week to replace and when they replaced they gave me a faulty device or a reject phone but something of that nature but they were happy to debit my account on the 26 like nothing is happening. I told them i want a new phone but they are just ignoring me. Everytime i have to do follow ups with them and they all keep saying they will phone me back but does. They are not the only insurance company in business. If they cant provide me with the service am paying for. They can just cancel my account with them.
