I have lost my phone 3 weeks ago and i reported that problem to the company and gave all the documents and the information they needed but nothing or no response has been given to me. the only time i will know about my quiry is when i call them and now i dont have a phone to use.
i phoned one day asking about my claim, one of their consultant told me that ny clais hanging because im now using another sim card
ive sent them the email that the phone was together with the insured sim card and i didnt make the sim swap yet.
please help
