Last year March I upgraded my mtn contract. I was asked which sim I will use and I gave the number (which was different from my contract number). Last week I dropped the Blackberry Z10 on its face and the screen broke. I was informed by 24 Hour... that because my contract sim card was not in the phone they will not pay to repair it. I don't pay insurance for my sim card!!! I pay for my cellphone!!! What difference does it make which sim card was in the phone??? Both numbers are in my name!!! This is ridiculous and I want my insurance money I paid for the last 10 months back!!! My freaking phone is broken not the sim!!! I also want my insurance cancelled!!! I had to take the phone to a repair company and pay for it myself! In all the years I had insurance with these, never have I claimed and this is how they treat their clients???
