Finrite insurance administrators are not to be trusted, after paying my premiums for 2 years when i had to claim after i lost my phone and submitted my claim on the 22 /10/2013 not only did it take them over a month to finalize and approve my claim they still went ahead and ripped me off. I insured my phone nokia c3 costing R1349 only to be told that since the phone its no longer in the market they are going to replace it with a phone with similar features which was not the problem, the problem was they gave me 3 options to choose from of which all the phones they offered me to choose from were under R1000, when i asked the consultant why she could not give me a proper answer instead to me and told its because the phone depreciated value, of which the contract says nothing about this and where-else i have been paying insurance premiums to cover the replacement value of the phone i insured.
