I was assisted with a courtesy vehicle and all seem to be going well. It is now exactly 2 months and 1 week and I have not yet received my car. My issue at the moment is ABSA's lack of understanding and "passing the buck" to the panel beaters. My latest update on my car is that the repairs are done but the steering rack is being replaced. All good and well however since the 21/07 I have been liaising on numerous calls and emails to get the courtesy car extended as I only have this 1 vehicle and need the courtesy car. ABSA extended the courtesy car for a week till the 03/08. On the 22/08/ AVIS came to "repossess" the car from my home leaving me stranded with no car at all to even get to work. I have been fighting ever since to get another courtesy car and ABSA is passing the buck saying that I have to deal [to continue...]
