I took my car to Durban South Body Express (panel beaters), after expressly requesting whether it was one of your recommended service providers. It was set to take 5 days. The 5 days stretched to 10 days. When I collected the car, the paint work had not been properly done. The Outsurance assessor agreed the paint work was defective and I was told to go back to the same panel beater to fix the job. I requested a courtesy car. On the day I drove down to the panel beater, a 30km trip from home, only to find them full of excuses and no courtesy vehicle. A week later, after panic and confusion a courtesy vehicle materialised. It was a late '90s model Corsa lite, with children's toys, dirty and no petrol! I pay my premiums on time and the full amount - in return I received slow service and discounted workmanship and absolutely no apology. Disappointing OUTSURANCE!
