I recently submitted a claim to Outsurance and it was handled extremely well. From Manas Senne who processed my claim and the Panel beater who fixed my car just in time before i returned the courtesy car that was given to me.

know issues picked up during this process:

1) No follow up calls were made to ensure that everything was well especially with the motor industry strike that was going on which could have affected the panel beaters turn around time;

2) No one had explained to me that once my car was fixed i would have to return the courtesy car regardless of whether the 30 days had lapsed or not because had i not called outsurance i would still be sitting with the courtesy car which was booked out until the 21 September 2013;

3) I received my car and no one has made a courtesy call to ensure that i'm happy with the repairs made on my car.

So please Outsurance follow up with your clients and assist were ever you can. I'll wait for my call and keep up the good work.
