10 days to finalise an assessment report!

My car was booked for 19 Dec '12 for assessment after my car accident on 16 Dec '12. after numerous calls feedback was given on the 4th (assessment finalised and claim approved)! they extended the courtesy car by an extra 10days, yet admitting no delay/incompetence on their side. the total of 25days is exhausted and not much was done to speed up the process from the start. Dial Direct nor the panel beater can offer a courtesy car to me till repairs are complete. I'm now suppose to hire a car till repairs are finalised, whenever that will be!!!
