BAD BAD SERVICE!!

I requested a settlement amount on my credit card and phoned 3 departments when finally I got told to go to a branch. The lady at the branch could not help me and phoned Virgin credit cards. Whoever helped her gave her an outstanding amount which I immediately paid. She then phoned them back and they said it would take 3 days to close my account. I went back a week later and lo and behold, the account isn't closed. No request is even submitted for it to be closed. The lady helping me (at the branch) then asked how long and we're informed 3-5 working days, then only will the request given to the right department, and only then will it take 3-5 working days. So we're at 10 working days. They then hung up on her. So I still have no idea what is going on with my account. I will never work with either Virgin or ABSA again.
