I Had a policy by them in 2007, whereby I cancelled my main policy 2008, whereby my Value Added Products still continued, up until 2013, which amounted plus/minus R 6000-00, of which i was never made aware, and there debit order did not reflect the Dial Direct name.
I was never aware, never received any correspondence, never did any claim. I cancelled my account by them today for the Value Added Product.
Can I by some how reclaim some of this amount from them?
