I'm actually not in the mood to write out another complaint as I have already filled out a complaint on dial direct's website 'contact us' section, my reference number is 1110265652.
I've cancelled my car insurance on the 17th October as dial direct costs about 50% more than their competitors and has less added benefits. I'm still being billed for a value added product, stone chip protection.
Please reply to my queries or just pay my money back as it really is a pain to have to slam the way dial direct does business on an independent complaints website before anything is done about a complaint.
