I cancelled my car policy due to my immigrating to UK. This is the second time I have cancelled, as in February 2013 I sold my previous car, which was also insured with Dial Direct. Then entered a new policy when I bought my new car in July 2013.
I am very happy with their service. The feedback and telephone service is amazing as si their insurance service, which I have used a couple of times
