I took out a hospital cash-back early last year, which means that I have a benefit that I have been paying for for over a year. But now when I call and email to claim from the benefit, the contact centre do not guide the claim process and have now gone DEAD QUIET (not responding to my emails, except automated responses from their system after I send an email).
They are MORE than happy to pocket my money monthly for over a year. But the first time I have to use the benefit, I am denied access to it.
Can I still call it a benefit to me???
