Still taking premiums one year after cancellation

In 2007 Bought an Alfa and insured it with Dial Direct.
Later I added a Value added policy for small damages
In Sep 2009 I sold the car, replaced it with a Yaris, and instructed DD to cancel all policies connected.
(One would think they would stop decducting money for the Alfa at that point) Not Dial Direct!!!

In March 2012 I cancelled all insurance with DD and moved to Integrisure, as service and price was superrior
In Aug/Sep 2012 I raised the issue with a guy known as [Email Removed]
At this point they owed me? R3, 500, of which about R 700 was paid.
This morning, I still get bank notifications funds are being deducted.
Therefore one can only conclude. that DD take funds to boost their coffers and bonusses, and that the staff are not competent nor would I expect meet with the legal requirements.

This will also be escalated to the Ombudsman
