I have just phoned Dial Direct to find out why my debit order hasn't gone off and to see why tracker is deducting monies from my account that I never even gave them permission to deduct or gave banking details too. i have been informed that MiWay cancelled my insurance with Dial Direct and best of all is MiWay also hasn't deducted monies from me so looks like i now don't have any cover at all. but since found out that it was when my son was going to cancel his policy and seems like they have cancelled the wrong policy with Dial Direct
