I have just applied for a credit card online and firstly, the website kicked me out and wont allow me to complete the application. Then after finally getting the application completed, i am required to send through some additional documentation and the numbers i was given have been engaged for the past 2 hours and the email address given doesnt pick up.

Then also, they claim that the application can be completed immediatley if you are an ABSA existing client, which i am, and then i get told to wait another 2 working days from when the docs are received. But how am i going to get the docs through on a number that is permamently engaged?
