Yesterday morning 28/08/2013 I phoned the call centre to accept a loan offer received from FNB via a phone call on Saturday 24/08/2013 and was assisted by a lady named Thandeka. She did phone me back to start on the application but then she said the system was very slow and she said she will phone me back but never did. I since have phoned the call centre more than 4 times and the consultants have sent her requests to return my call but I have not received any call as yet, so i am not sure about the status of my loan. Please could the process be concluded.
