Horrible service no responses

I had applied for a loan via my cell phone banking last week Sunday and have made a total of 8 calls to different fnb numbers to complete my application process but no one can assist me. I have been passed on to numerous people and everyone seems to think someone else is responsible. Apparently the person dealing with my application is always on lunch and cannot take my call and will call me back. I have to receive a single call from fnb.the service. What is the point of having cell phone applications if it doesn't work. I would much rather go to another bank. Even if the loan is declined, at least call me and let me know. I am STILL waiting for a call back!!!
