NO RESPONSE FROM FNB CALL CENTRE

I applied for a loan with FNB on the website on Friday 15 November 2013. They only called me back on Monday 18 November 2013. Monique advised me that I qualify for R30 000 / 48 months (but on the internet I qualified for R60 000). On Tuesday she phoned me again and said I only qualify for R30 000 / 36 months. I had to take proof of residence to FNB. I did that on Wed 20 Nov. When I phoned later, the loan was all of a sudden rejected. I send an email to Monique to phone me, but no response. Today 21Nov I all of a sudden qualify again and my loan is in process. I tried to contact Monique again, but no response. I want to know exactly what is happening. Their call centre is beyond useless. You phone and hold on for ages. Or you are just not able to speak to the consultant who is busy with your application. No one else can assist you, and no one is getting back to me. I'm getting sick and tired of FNB now. I need to constantly follow up, and even then I don't get any joy. I need to know what is happening TODAY still. This is totally unacceptable.
