An amount of 200 was deducted from my account from Old mutual since i have i have my own finacial advisor i asked her to Check wats happening, she told me someone opened a Retirement Annuity for me, i was so surprised cos i have never taken out Retirement with Old Mutual, i have never signed documents to authorize that, What i want to know is that who is that person who open a policy for me without my consent. This is and i will make sure i take that person far or if you Old mutual fail to provide me with the details of that person, i will have to take legal action with you.
Meaning you have to explain to me how was that application processed and did you verify the signatures before processing this.
i had an issue with old mutual 2years ago, where by i was paying for a policy and they told me i was not the beneficiary, someone else whom i donno was the beneficiary, i cancelled and let it go.
Its time i put a stop to this Fraudullent activities that iare going around in Old Mutual.
I want my 200 back with charges of debit order, and a petrol i wasted of going to Old mutual Branch to report this, because this was not my fault and You Old mutual chose to inconvinience me
