Old Mutual incompetency

I approached my independant boker to have a policy of mine cancelled... the completed docs were faxed to Old Mutual on 21 Oct 2013 and that it would take 3-7 days for the payout to be made... it is now 31 Oct and payout has not been made, so I enquired as to what the status of the policy was, only to be told that someone at OM "forgot" to categorise the application. Anyone willing to take me a bet that Old Mutual will now blame the broker... YOU (OLD MUTUAL) are to blame for this... I want answers... I want my money paid out!!! I will discourage all my friends from ever taking a policy with OM. You are sitting with people working for your company who don't know what they are doing. I will NEVER EVER take out another policy with Old Mutual. You are quick to debit my account for your premium, but when it comes to payout... the feet start slowing down... what can I say
