I am fvery angry about service received at Old Mutual, my mother have a funeral policy with Old mutual and she is now unemployed, she wrote a power of attorney letter to old mutual for the debit order to be deducted from my bank account 20th monthly..Old mutual office have sent an email back with the debit order form to complete. and it was emailed back to Old mutual with completed details..ref no: GSENQ756984, however yesterday the debit order did not go through as per the agreement.and this will inconvinience me.. for several times i have been sending emails to enquire if there are no oustanding monies that my mother is behind with, no one is responding.its frustrating having to deal with incompetent people.my mother is now stressed because of someone not doing their jo
