I've moved over my life policy from Old Mutual to Discovery, my broker has send Old Mutual a cancellation letter in March, yet Old Mutual still keeps on taking payments, we queried it last month and put a stop order on the debit, so Old Mutual changed the debit order amount from R804 to R862 so it went through again!! WHAT DO I HAVE TO DO TO STOP THIS POLICY??? I'm sure this is against the consumer protection act!!!
