Unauthorised Debit Orders

Since the year started, i have been in and out of FNB trying to reverse unauthorised debit orders! how long must this really go on for before one is put out of pocket by the same institution that will vow to the CoBP's commitment of providing basic banking services that are affordable! Over the past three months this has once again happened and I had to go through the inconvenience of going into a branch and requesting a reversal which was not even done this time around after completing all those forms:( Instead I had to go through the trouble of trying to identify these and stop them only to have FNB deduct an addition R5 for each stopped debit order! The unreliable, poor operation of FNB's debit order system has undoubtedly put me in a position where im not even thinking twice anymore about moving banks and taking my family along to ensure they are not victims of such. the convenience of these debit orders almost makes one believe that FNB is also in on these. out of so many complaints, why is nothing being done!!! IT IS ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING, EVERY MONTH IVE BEEN LOSING HUNDREDS OF RANDS AND 'MY' BANK TURNS AND LOOKS THE OTHER WAY... UNSPEAKABLE, INEXCUSABLE, ITS SOO UPSETTING
