Cannot add my recipent and debit orde

Really now, numerous calls I received stating they cannot add DSTV as my beneficiary when all info was given, the lady said I can do it myself (so what is the point requesting that they can do it) and then another call stating one of my debit orders will not go through because the service provider said I am not the policy holder. Well I contacted them and guess what my banking details have been changed (I am the policy holder) so I have no idea what information you guys had given to them. Please do not advertise if you cannot keep up with the debit order switching. First it takes you guys 1 month to open up an account for me, then you lose my documents, and then you cannot add my beneficiaries and debit orders. I really regret joining you guys. I do not want a call from an agent to apologise and say sorry and will look in to it. I want the manager of Debit order switching to contact me
